Studio Policies

GENERAL RULES

  • It is illegal to tattoo anyone under the age of 18 in the UK. Please don't be offended if asked for photo ID.

  • Don't ask us to tattoo anything racist or offensive.

  • You cannot get tattooed whilst pregnant & we will not tattoo anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  • Please do not bring children into the studio if you are getting tattooed or having laser treatment.

DEPOSITS

  • We take a cash deposit for all bookings. This is £20 for each hour you book.

  • All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. So, please make sure you are serious about getting your tattoo.

  • If you need to cancel an appointment we will hold your deposit for a maximum of 3 months. This allows plenty of time to re-book. After this period, the deposit will be lost & we will require a new one to book you back in again.

REARRANGING APPOINTMENTS

We understand that sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. All we ask is that you give us at least 24 hours notice. This allows us time to try & fill the space. Failure to give us notice means you will lose your deposit & cannot re-book without a new one.

DESIGNS

In order for us to be able to get your design right, it is important to provide as much information as possible. So, when making enquiries, please let us know all the specifics that you want in your design, where you want it & give us measurements. This helps us to figure out time/cost. If we send your design & you totally change your mind about the idea, you will lose your deposit & need to provide another in order to book in again. Try to be 100% sure about what you want before you contact us. That way, we can get your design right for you.
